Alfred Gruber B.EC (SYD) FCA – Partner
Alfred Gruber is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. His specialist areas are Audit, Taxation and Business Advisory. Alf is a registered Company Auditor and Tax Agent with over 30 years solid experience. Alf’s wide exposure has given him the experience necessary to evaluate problems, provide solutions and initiate their implementation.

Louise Gruber FCA (ICAA), FCA (IGAEW) – Partner
Louise Gruber specialises in Business Advisory and Audit and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, England and Wales. With over 20 years experience working as a sole practitioner in England in business set-up and development and as a registered Company Auditor, Louise brings a great wealth of experience and knowledge to the firm.

Jennifer Frusher (Jenny) FCA – Manager, Atherton Office
Jenny has more than 30 years experience as a Manager/ Senior Accountant in the Accounting profession. Jenny is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and her fields of expertise are Taxation and Business Services with both large and small clients alike. Jenny looks forward to meeting each and every client and to working closely with them in the future.

Jarmille Poggioli JP Qual – Account Manager
Jarmille commenced employment with Grubers Beckett Chartered Accountants in 2006. She has developed a passion for Business and Accounting, and has gained valuable experience in many aspects of Accounting and Taxation. Jarmille is looking forward to finalising her Bachelor of Accounting degree in June 2010.

Jean Kingsford – Account Manager

With 15 years experience as a Bookkeeper/ Office Manager working for a local Motor Dealer and 8 years experience as an Account Manager with EMC Collins, Jean has an extensive knowledge of all aspects of Taxation, Accounting, and Auditing. Following the merger of EMC Collins with Grubers Beckett Chartered Accountants, Jean remains as Account Manager and will be specialising in BAS/ IAS preparation.

Chris Black – Graduate Accountant

A recent addition to the team Chris will be helping clients with Tax Returns and various Accounting matters.  Chris has experience of Management and Risk and will help you to achieve good results for yourself and your business through good accounting practice. 

Elise Barbagallo – Administration

As Office Administrator Manager Elise works with our team to help ensure efficiency throughout the practice and has the necessary experience to assist clients and our team wherever required.  Elise has a wealth of experience in Administration having worked in the industry for 9  years with a local employment firm.
Throughout her administration career Elise has completed a Certificate III in Business Administration & a Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment & Training which substantially contribute to the overall efficiency of the practice.

Darren Thamm – Audit Manager CA
Darren has over ten years experience in the accounting profession in both public practice and commercial roles. His career has included 7 years as Audit Manager at KPMG with the responsibility of delivering quality assurance services for both large and small organisations in Far North Queensland. Darren works closely with clients to assist them in managing their business risks and achieving solutions while meeting their ongoing regulatory and financial reporting requirements. His experience across a range of businesses and industries allows him to bring a broad-based perspective to any appointment in which he is involved
